It’s powered by a heavy-duty Rover OHV 880 173cc engine with a fixed throttle and primer that won’t let you down.
The self-propelled function takes all the hard work out of mowing; only requiring a guiding hand to keep on track, making it particularly handy for the

Along with the 46cm (18″) rear discharge steel deck, the Challenger has a 4 swing-back blade cutting system that protects the engine’s crankshaft should
you run over any solid objects. As well as engine protection this cutting system comes with the added advantage of cheaper servicing and blade replacement
costs.
The mulch plug gives you the option of catching grass clippings for disposal or mulching; returning nutrients to the lawn. The mulch plug works by sealing
the rear of the mower and recycling the clippings around the chassis where they are cut into finer pieces and blown back into the lawn to decompose.
Complete with an engine brake for added safety which stops the engine upon releasing the handle, the Rover Challenger is the ultimate walk-behind all-rounder
and will make light work of lawn mowing jobs big and small.
